Something that keeps coming up when I talk about my cold water swims: NO, I don’t wear a wetsuit. I do wear a neoprene cap, shorts, gloves, and footies. I LIKE the exposure to the water. If those parts of my body ever catch up, I’ll stop wearing the protective gear.
