I have fallen into a habit of running 11.5 miles. I have a 6.5 mile run that I set out to do, a 4 mile run I can cop out to, and a 3.2 mile run I can opt for in a hurry. But lately the 11.5 mile run is winning. It’s a little longer than I wish, taking over two hours. But there’s no doubt when I’m done that I had a workout!
