The Olympic women’s figure skating final was the worst sporting event I’ve ever witnessed. It represented everything exploitative and distasteful about sports, including coaches abusing children, athletes vainly resenting their opponents victories, and more. Don’t watch.

Also: damn that Russian coach. She’s not a good person. Those girls need to be rescued.
