I’ve been reading “The Pushcart War” with my 8yo, and it’s delightful. My only qualm has been the setting of the story in 2036. It turns out they keep bumping the date forward in later editions to keep it “future.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Pushcart_War
